- Support the daily clinical and non-clinical operations of the office by enforcing office policies and protocols and overseeing the delivery of quality dental care
- Work Accounts Receivable to a healthy status
- Present treatment and communicate financial policy along with payment options to patients
- Process insurance claims
- Streamline operational procedures and implement solutions to increase office productivity and ensure optimal efficiency
- Maintain all hygiene and safety regulations as mandated by OSHA
- Participate and lead meetings, trainings, and huddles with staff
- Audit schedules for errors and/or inconsistencies and follow-up with team to course correct as needed
- Manage the blocking/unblocking of the schedule to reflect scheduling needs and to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Manage unscheduled treatment reports and ensure patients are followed up with timely
